In addition to demonstrating the winemaking expertise gained by the winery in many years of careful, persistent agriculture, thsi wine captures the passion that made the Cecchi family one of the symbols of Chianti Classico. The Riserva di Famiglia is produced only during vintages deemed to meet the high standards. When this occurs, the wine expresses an aromatic supply of extreme complexity in which dried flowers and spices give way to hints of earthiness and tobacco. It has a serious palate, complex and capable of evolving over time.
